The location is fantastic, with several tube stations nearby and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is helpful and the housekeeping is good. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is complimentary for members. The hotel also has great facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The front desk staff can be rude and unhelpful, which can put a damper on the overall experience.

Roomy, modern, and great for families with young children. Junior suite was excellent with two beds, two bathrooms, and a door separating the main bedroom and living area. Close to 3 train stations and within walking distance to shopping area. Free buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. Staff were cute and helpful. Rooftop pool was fun for kids. Fast wifi.

Convenient location near public transport and eateries. Friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms with nice furnishings and amenities. Small but uncrowded pool. Rooftop pool offers respite from the humidity.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a prime location. The service was professional and efficient, even when we checked in at 3am. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was a great relief after a day of exploring.

As a business traveler, I found 30 Bencoolen to be a convenient and practical choice. The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to downtown and the circle line MRT within a 5-minute walk. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore Chinatown and the business district. The spacious rooms provided ample space for work or study, with a large and well-placed desk that was ideal for my needs. The room layout was efficient, offering plenty of electrical and USB outlets without any unnecessary gadgets that often clutter traditional hotels. The shower booth and restroom were also spacious, and the wardrobe provided ample storage space. Additionally, the rooftop pool was a great amenity for relaxation after a long day.
Felt like family, and there was nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very near the MRT and bus stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
